Supported agile teams in various capacities. Collaborated with all levels of teams through C-level Leadership. Primary architect new sub-systems to replace legacy systems with virtually no impacts. Mentor and/or advise others to give more confidence and drive to forge ahead.

Kamlesh has 20+ years of experience in end-to-end Agile delivery of software application development, cloud technology, products/portfolios management, business and engineering processes, improvements to increase predictabilities, reducing time to market, and increasing built-in quality by introducing and implementing DevOps. As an Agile Leader, Kamlesh had managed large-scale organization agile transformation identified and prioritized portfolio for financial Citi Group, and Government/Military entities. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from NJIT, NJ.
